'Restricted content. Verify your age in the browser’

Dear users,

Follow this guide, if you get the ‘Restricted content. Verify your age in the browser’ error message.

First of all, update the app to the latest version:

1. start the downloader and go to Tools - Options - Advanced - Cookies source and select Access your Google account.

2. paste the YouTube URL into the app.
3. if the software requests confirmation from YouTube via your Google account, sign in to your account.

To log out of your account, go back to Tools - Options - Advanced and click the Sign out button.

If the problem persists, please send that YouTube link to our support team.
