By launching Free Studio from the desktop, you may receive the following error message:
'Entry point not found.'
First of all, reinstall the software. Follow this guide:
1. Go to the Start menu -> All programs -> DVDVideoSoft -> Uninstall -> Select all -> Uninstall
2. Manually delete folders (if they're still on your computer):
- C:\Program Files (x86)\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft
Then install particular apps like YouTube Downloaders: https://www.dvdvideosoft.com/
Check to make sure that Free Studio works after following these steps.
Some apps may contain an older .exe Free Studio file.
If Free Studio is not working, follow the path which is indicated in the error message
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft\lib
Find the FeeStudioManager.exe file and copy it somewhere, for example, to the Desktop.
Install all the apps you need from the website. When all the apps are installed, change FeeStudioManager.exe to the correct one (which was saved to your Desktop)
If the issue persists, contact our support team.
