I get the 'Runtime Error' while installing the app

An installation that didn't complete properly may be the cause of the runtime error. We recommend that you completely delete the programme and then reinstall it:

1. Go to Start->All Programs->DVDVideoSoft->Uninstall
2. Manually delete the following folders (if you have them on your PC)
- C:\Program Files\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Program Files\Common Files\DVDVideoSoft
- C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\DVDVideoSoft (this folder is hidden, you should change the settings to delete it)

3. Download and install the free CCleaner utility.

4. Open CCleaner, go to the Cleaner tab and click Run CCleaner.

5. Open the Registry tab, click Scan for problems, and then click Fix selected problems.

6. Then download and install the DVDVideoSoft application.
