I get the 'Cannot open output file (101)' error

It seems that the app can't access your output folder. You should choose a different one: 

1. Launch the DVDVideoSoft app.

2. Go to Tools - Options - Output - Output folder.

3. Choose Desktop.

4. Repeat the downloading.
