Getting 'VCRUNTIME140.dll missing' on start

Workaround for the error 'This application has failed to start because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem':

download and install the dll-file from the link bellow and restart the DVDVideoSoft application: 

https://www.dllme.com/dll/files/vcruntime140_dll.html
